The Upstairs at Cobblestone Corner

Now Open

The Upstairs

A beautifully restored former Masonic meeting room — open to the public for the first time in over 120 years.

120+ Years in the Making

History Meets
Creativity

When Cobblestone Corner's co-owners Karmen and Amanda looked up at the ceiling of their beloved vintage marketplace, they knew there was more to the story. Above them sat an entire floor that had been sealed off from the public for over 120 years.

What they uncovered was a stunning former Masonic meeting room — a space steeped in history and brimming with potential. In 2025, after a careful restoration, The Upstairs opened its doors for the very first time.

Today, it's home to 20+ new vendors, a dedicated vintage clothing area, maker workshops, and even more of the creative community spirit that makes Cobblestone Corner special.

The Dreamers Behind It All

Meet Karmen & Amanda

Karmen, Co-Owner

Colorado born and raised, Karmen moved to Berthoud five years ago from a little farm town on the western slope. She's always had a love for quirky old things, and co-owning a vintage marketplace in a quaint little town is exactly where her old friends say she belongs.

Amanda, Co-Owner

A Texas transplant who fell head over heels for Colorado, Amanda jumped into Cobblestone Corner as a first-time vendor thanks to a lifelong family love of vintage and antiques. After 20+ years in mental health, this career shift led her to co-own the store she loves.
